Returns & Refunds

We’ll happily exchange or refund your clothes within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure they’re unworn, undamaged and have all the original tags on them.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

So easy! Send our friendly team an email on hello@gymoon.com and we’ll provide you with an order history. Select the product that’s not quite right, and we’ll send you a prepaid return ticket to get your items safely back to the Gymoon team.
If you’re after an exchange, we can send you back the correct product (color/size) as long as it’s in stock. If you’re outside of the USA, $25 will be deducted to cover the shipping.

To make sure everything is processed to perfection, we’re only able to process one order at a time.

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on Final Sale products, so double-check your Final Sale items, and enjoy the extra pennies you’ve saved.

We deliver worldwide.We typically ask for 1 to 2 business days for our team to pack and process your full order. Your order will ship within 5-8 business days.

Our team usually requires a period of 1 to 2 business days to pack and ship your entire order.
If you’re in the USA it’ll be sitting in your letterbox in 5-8 days. If you’re elsewhere, it’ll take 7-12 days. Faster delivery is on its way, but in the meantime, it’s worth the wait…promise.

(If you’re in the USA, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 within the US. This means you'll receive your package within 5-8 business days, depending on your shipping address.
For orders shipping to Canada, Italy, Germany, France, Spain and England, it’ll take 7-10 days.

Our garments are all made for durability and longevity, but they’ll look new for longer if you wash them in cold water, only use tumble dry on cool, and keep them away from irons and dry cleaners.
Manufacturing & Sustainability

Our clothes are made in China and Taiwan, in certified factories by our amazing sewers and manufacturing team. We’re careful to prioritize worker safety, give fair wages and create fair working conditions.

Our factories are certified to safeguard our workers. This means they have to live up to our standards: make sure our employees are safe, fairly compensated and given benefits, breaks and reasonable hours.
We also like to keep in touch with our factories and mills, visiting them in person several times a year to check in on how they’re doing, get feedback on their experiences and see how we can improve things for them.

All our product lines use certified organic BCI cotton and recycled materials. We’ve said NO to synthetic dyes, as these nasties are responsible for 20% of water pollution worldwide.
We’ve replaced them with natural dyes, which reduce emissions to near-zero carbon emissions, making them recyclable and naturally degradable. But we’re not done yet.
We’ve got some big goals to implement a circulatory end-of-use system for our clothes, and work towards bluesign-certified fabrics in the future.
